Refund Policy

At VYCE (operated by SmartRank LLC), we want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, here's how we make it right.

30-Day Return Window

You may request a return or refund within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at info@rankexpo.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will offer a free replacement or a full refund — no need to ship the item back.

Lost Packages

If your tracking shows no movement for an extended period or your package is confirmed lost in transit, contact us and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund.

How to Start a Return

Email info@rankexpo.com with your order number and reason for return. If a return shipment is required, we will provide instructions. Return shipping costs for non-defective items (e.g. change of mind) are the customer's responsibility.

Refund Processing

Once your return or claim is approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.

Non-Returnable Items

Gift cards and final-sale items (marked as such on the product page) are not eligible for return.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund within 12 hours of purchase. After that window, orders may already be processing and cannot be guaranteed cancellable.
