Shipping Policy

Where We Ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only (including all 50 states). We do not ship to PO boxes in some cases depending on carrier; if there is an issue with your address, we will contact you.
Shipping Cost
Shipping is FREE on all orders — no minimum, no codes needed.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. During launches or high-demand periods, processing may take slightly longer.
Delivery Time
Standard delivery takes 7–12 business days after processing. Some items ship from different fulfillment centers and may arrive in separate packages — don't worry, the rest is on its way.
Tracking
As soon as your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. Tracking updates can take 2–3 days to appear after shipment.
Delays
Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather events, holidays, and other circumstances outside our control can extend delivery times. If your tracking hasn't moved in over 10 days, contact us and we'll investigate immediately.
Wrong Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us within 12 hours of ordering at info@rankexpo.com and we'll do our best to correct it. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package is confirmed lost in transit, we'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund — see our Refund Policy.
